I've Spent My Career Showing Up for People In Their Most Important Moments.
Before I picked up a camera, I spent ten years as a police officer. That career taught me two things: how to read people quickly, and how much the moments that feel ordinary can end up being the ones that matter most.
I brought all of that into photography. The patience. The ability to put nervous people at ease. The instinct to notice what's real before it passes.
Senior year is one of those moments. It goes fast, and the version of your kid that exists right now - with this confidence, this style, these big dreams - won't be here forever. My job is to slow that down for you, just long enough to hold onto it.
I've lived this season three times as a mom myself. I know what it feels like to look at your kid and think, "How are you already here?" I know the mix of pride and grief that comes with senior year - so proud of who they've become, and quietly heartbroken that this version of them is about to change. That's exactly why I take this work so seriously. Because I'm not just your photographer. I'm a mom who gets it.

Yuba City and the surrounding Sutter County landscape are honestly a senior photographer's dream. The Sutter Buttes give us dramatic golden hillsides you can't find anywhere else in the valley, the Feather River bottoms offer trees, water, and moody light, and spring turns the local orchards into a sea of blossoms. Prefer city texture? Historic downtown Marysville's brick and signage delivers that editorial look. During your planning consultation, we'll find the spot that feels like you.
I photograph seniors from all the local schools - Yuba City High, River Valley, Marysville, Lindhurst, Live Oak, Sutter Union, Colusa, East Nicolaus, and Wheatland - plus homeschool and charter seniors across the Yuba-Sutter area. And while home base is Yuba City, I photograph seniors throughout the Greater Sacramento area and Northern California - from Sacramento and Roseville to Chico and beyond.
