A Strawberry Cake Smash | First Birthday Session

A strawberry cake smash session for Little Allyson’s first birthday was what mama asked for. It turned out absolutely adorable! Mom and I selected the set and outfit together to put together the perfect setup for this cake smash session.
Allyson wasn’t hip on me when she first came into the studio. This has become a common occurrence for cake smash sessions since COVID. Parent’s instantly begin to stress out that their photos aren’t going to turn out well. I mean, after all, they are investing a lot of money in these sessions so I get it. But, as your Yuba City Cake Smash Photographer, I just want to assure you that I will not leave our session without capturing what we need. I will take the time to allow your child to slowly adjust to me, the setup, and the idea of having their photo taken. It’s very rare that we can just set a one-year-old down in the middle of the set and start snapping away, so please don’t be worried if your little is shy at first. Before you know it we will have your child playing and having fun, just like Allyson did for her Strawberry Cake Smash Session.
