My goal at every family session is simple: help you stop worrying and start having fun with your people. Outfit guidance happens before you shop, the location is planned well in advance, and session day itself feels more like a family adventure than a photoshoot.
Toddler having a moment? We work with it, not against it. Teen who won't smile? I've got a whole bag of tricks. A partner who's been dodging cameras for years? Watch me win them over. This is my favorite part of what I do.
Family sessions are photographed on location throughout Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, and Folsom - and I travel all over Northern California, including Sacramento, Chico, Folsom, Marysville, and beyond. Wherever feels like home to your family, that's where we'll go.
Roseville families have no shortage of gorgeous backdrops. Royer Park and Maidu Regional Park give us oak trees, open fields, and creek-side golden-hour light. Mahany Park and Johnson-Springview Park offer wide green spaces perfect for letting kids run, and Folsom Lake's shoreline is just a short drive for something more dramatic. During your planning consultation, we'll pick the spot that fits your family's style best.

Session Day
This is the fun part. I'll guide the whole thing - from where to stand to how to get genuine laughs out of your kids. You don't need to do anything except show up and enjoy your family. I'll take it from there.
Gallery Reveal
About a week after your session, we'll meet virtually to see your gallery together. You'll choose your favorite images and select the prints, albums, and wall art that are going in your home.
Your Artwork Arrives
Your digital images arrive first. Framed prints, albums, and wall art follow in 4–6 weeks - real, tangible artwork that belongs on your walls, not just in a folder on your phone.
I've photographed a lot of families through every season - newborns who are now running, toddlers who are now in school, kids who are now seniors. That's the part of this job I love most.
